Paul will be stepping down due to his expanding leadership roles on other boards which have occurred since he joined Raiz, primarily Deputy Chair of Smartgroup (ASX:SIQ) from October 2026, Chair of Audit and Risk at IDP Education (ASX:IEL) since March 2026 and Chair of Household Capital since September 2026. Chair, Kelly Humphreys says: “Paul has made a valuable contribution to Raiz during his tenure as a Non-Executive Director and as Chair of the Risk and Technology Committee, providing guidance, insight and support across a range of strategic initiatives.
